Food $ense is a free program provided by WSU extension.
Volunteers from Bastyr University have offered to learn the curriculum and deliver classes to the residents in exchange for the valuable experience of learning from others and teaching.
Expenses
Acres of Diamonds already relies on private funding to operate, and survives on the generous donations from individuals and companies dedicated to improving the lives of the community around them.
We'd like to extend a huge thank you to Staples and Renee, the manager at Staples in Everett, for making our cookbooks a reality. Your hard work and charitable donation will make a difference in the lives of the women at Acres and their children for years to come.
